Test Principle:BeyoPEI™ is a water-soluble, cationic polymer that can form complexes with negatively charged plasmids, RNA, oligonucleotides, etc. These complexes adhere to the negatively charged cell surfaces and enter the cells through endocytosis. Subsequently, due to reasons such as osmotic swelling, the endosomes release plasmids, RNA, and oligonucleotides into the cytoplasm.
