Test Principle:Beyotime's phi29 DNA Polymerase is a recombinant DNA polymerase of Bacillus subtilis phage phi29. The phi29 DNA Polymerase has strand displacement activity and strong processive DNA synthesis property. It is able to synthesize DNA up to more than 70kb and often used for isothermal DNA amplification (independent on thermal cycling) in vitro.
