Test Principle:The plasmids released from bacteria by alkaline lysis can specifically bind to the BeyoMag™ Magnetic Beads supplied in this kit. With a magnetic stand, the magnetic beads can be separated from the solution rapidly and efficiently. After removing the supernatant followed by several times of bead washing, the high-purity plasmid is eluted from the magnetic beads with the elution buffer.
